GENERAL:

• _{- Please write in a clear and polite manner when messaging.}
• _{- You authorize you are the card holder of the method of payment.}
• _{- You must be 18 years old or older to purchase a commission. This applies even to Safe for Work (SFW) commissions due to the fact that in most locations, contracts signed by clients under the age of 18 are not legally binding.}
• _{- Any ill behavior will NOT be tolerated, and your commission(s) will be canceled if it occurs. If work has already been done, then the estimated cost for the current labor will be charged and you will only receive a refund based on the amount not completed for the commission.}
• _{- Commission prices are subject to change, but price changes will not apply if a client is in my work queue for a commission prior to prices changes.}
• _{- If a client requests a commission that has a deadline, rush fees will be applied.}
• _{- Any NSFW commissions MUST be done in a professional manner! If the client makes inappropriate comments, advances, or behaves in a manner to make me, the artist, feel uncomfortable, then your commission will be canceled and no refund will be issued!}

COMMISSION DESCRIPTION:

• _{- These are digital art commissions, i.e. art made using a digital art program.}
• _{- All commissioned artwork will be delivered to you digitally upon completion as a png file via whichever mode of communication we are using. I do not and cannot ship physical copies of the commissioned artwork.}
• _{- Estimated completion time can range anywhere from one week/7 days to 6 months/180 days depending on the project. If I suspect it may take longer than this period of time, I will notify you of this as soon as possible. Please keep this in mind prior to submitting a commission request.}

I WILL DRAW:

• _{- Anthro/Furry Characters}
• _{- Human/Humanoid Characters}
• _{- Animal Characters, real or fantasy}
• _{- Alien Characters (subject to additional fees based on complexity of designs)}
• _{- Fan Characters}
• _{- Depictions of artistic nudity without visible genitalia}
• _{- Sexual intercourse or sexual acts (General NSFW)}
• _{- Certain Kink/Fetish content (Please ask first!)}

I WILL NOT DRAW:

• _{- Vehicles}
• _{- Excessive violence/gore or depictions of self-harm. Blood and minor injuries are acceptable.}
• _{- Depictions of sexual, suggestive, or romantic relationships/interactions between minors and adults}
• _{- Depictions of sexual, suggestive, or romantic relationships/interactions that are incestuous in nature}
• _{- Depictions of sexual, suggestive, or romantic relationships/interactions between parties that are incapable of informed consent}
• _{- Portraits of real people, living or deceased}

CONDUCT:

• _{- When contacting me, please keep in mind that I am usually online sometime from 8am to 8pm AKST, Monday thru Friday. This is not a strict schedule though, and it may take me a few days to get back to you.}
• _{- As the artist, I reserve the right to decline a commission or refuse service for any reason I see fit.}
• _{- Any correspondence throughout the process that is rude, inappropriate, inflammatory, and/or non-constructive may result in cancellation of the commission and blacklisting.}
• _{- Please provide me with CLEAR VISUAL references and material of your character(s). I work from visual/image reference sheets ONLY, I will not work from written/word descriptions of what your character(s) look(s) like. Links to a high resolution reference are highly preferred!}
• _{- Payment must be sent within 48 hours of purchase/invoice, unless otherwise agreed upon via payment plan.}
• _{- I will not start on a commission until it is paid for in full, though I will add it to my queue to hold a spot.}
• _{- Commissions may take a few weeks to several months to complete. Commissions have NO ESTIMATED TIME OF COMPLETION, and all commissions will be completed at my own pace. I aim for a turnaround time of 4-24 weeks max, but I do not work with hard deadlines unless negotiated upon. By commissioning me, you, the client, understand the this. Trello start/due dates are for my own organizational purposes only.}
• _{- Clients can check their status on my Queue Trello. I will periodically give updates to clients if anything may cause further delays, updates regarding progress, or if I have questions. Personal updates are NOT guaranteed though, and the client is responsible for checking the status of their commission(s) in the work queue provided on this website.}

PROCESS:

• _{- The commissioner will submit a Commission Form via Google Forms, linked on the Commission Info page.}
• _{- I will review the commission submission within 24-72 hours of receiving it.}
• _{- Upon acceptance of your commission, I will reach out via whatever communication method you provided to ensure I have received all necessary information to finalize the details of the commission.}
• _{- After finalizing information, I will then send out an invoice to you via whatever transaction site contact you provided on the form.}
• _{- You, the commissioner, will then have 24-72 hours to pay the invoice, unless a payment plan was agreed upon.}
• _{- After receiving full payment of the commission, I will then solidify its spot on my queue and start on a sketch for it between 4-24 weeks after final payment.}
• _{- Once I start working on your commission, I will submit a sketch to you, the commissioner, for approval BEFORE proceeding with the final commissioned piece.}
• _{- I will usually provide a flat color check for bigger pieces such as Shaded or Rendered pieces, smaller pieces like Chibis and Emotes will be taken to finish after the approved sketch.}
• _{- The final check will be right before I send the finished piece to the commissioner, in which they may request minor tweaks/fixes to the piece before I send the finished product.}
• _{- Finished commissions WILL be sent to you, the commissioner, as PNG files and with signature/watermark.}

PAYMENT:

• _{- Payments must be sent through CashApp, Venmo, Square, Paypal, or Ko-fi, whatever is available/easiest to use for the commissioner.}
• _{- All commissions must be paid in full before I start on them! This is NOT negotiable.}
• _{- If I do not receive the payment for the commission within 2 weeks/14 days after I've placed the invoice, the commission will be canceled. Please contact me if there are any delays or issues preventing payment.}
• _{- Payment plans are negotiable if a commission is over $200. Please let me know upfront or as soon as possible if you will need a payment plan for a commission!}

REFUNDS:

• _{- I have the right to cancel and refund a commission at any time.}
• _{- The client may request a cancellation and refund at any phase of the commission before the finished product is done/provided. The percentage of refund will be based upon how much work has already been done, and the estimated cost for the current labor will still be charged. You will only receive a refund on the amount not completed for the commission.}
• _{- If a cancellation is requested at the sketch phase, the client will receive a 70% refund.}
• _{- If a cancellation is requested after the lineart phase, the client will receive a 50% refund.}
• _{- If a cancellation is requested after the during the final touches stage, the client will receive a 20% refund.}
• _{- Clients MUST allow time for any refunds to be processed through the bank! Once the refund is confirmed, it can take several business days to go through.}
• _{- If payment has not been made at all, the client has the right to cancel the commission if a spot is being held.}
• _{- If you file a chargeback against me to force a refund, your right to everything I have made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers. You will be forbidden to commission me again.}
• _{- Any clients that file a chargeback with ill intent will also have a PSA posted alerting other artists to not work with the client to prevent scams. Any and all conversations with the client will no longer be subject to privacy.}
• _{- All client conversations may be saved for potential chargeback prevention.}
• _{- Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.}

AS THE ARTIST I MAY:

• _{- Include commissioned work in portfolios, online profiles/pages, commission sheets, etc.}
• _{- Reproduce the artwork for merchandise such as prints, shirts, ect.}
• _{- Modify, edit, and repurpose the commissioned piece.}
• _{- Claim the commissioned piece as my own work.}
• _{- I, the artist, will do everything I can to make my clients satisfied with their commission.}
• _{- However, major changes can NOT be made after the work is complete and the client has received their high-resolution files via email.}
• _{- I, the artist, ask that the client be clear with what they would like from the beginning to avoid any major issues and minimize the chance of needing changes made.}

The commissioner will NOT:

• _{- Include commissioned work in their own portfolios, online profiles/pages, commission sheets, etc.}
• _{- Reproduce the artwork for merchandise such as prints, shirts, ect.}
• _{- Modify, edit, and repurpose the commissioned piece.}
• _{- Claim the commissioned piece as their own work.}
• _{- Post the commissioned piece online WITHOUT proper credits to the artist.}
• _{- Sell or use the commissioned piece for NFT or AI.}
